Our Technology

In a modern dental office, like ours, cutting-edge technology plays a pivotal role in providing patients with the best possible care and comfort. The utilization of Bio JVA (Joint Vibration Analysis) technology allows for precise assessment of a patient's jaw joint health, ensuring accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plans. Laser technology takes center stage in maintaining oral hygiene and addressing periodontal issues, offering minimally invasive and highly effective procedures. From laser teeth cleaning to laser-assisted periodontal therapy, these innovations minimize discomfort and promote faster healing. To enhance the overall patient experience, wellness blankets are also available, incorporating advanced materials to create a soothing and calming environment, helping patients feel more relaxed during their visit. At our office in Brentwood, technology is harnessed to not only improve oral health but also to ensure your well-being and comfort throughout your dental care journey.

Bio JVA™ in Dentistry

BioJVA serves as a diagnostic tool essential for assessing the functionality of jaw joints, a crucial step before initiating any mandibular repositioning procedure to ensure optimal outcomes. This non-invasive technique, known as Joint Vibrational Analysis (JVA), offers a swift evaluation of Temporomandibular Joints (TMJ) within a mere five-minute timeframe, providing an objective assessment of their stability and function, enabling the identification of Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) and the need for subsequent treatment.

Much akin to how dentists gauge tooth wear, JVA offers valuable insights into the overall health of the jaw joint by measuring motion and friction. When smooth surfaces interact, minimal friction and vibration occur. Conversely, rough or irregular surfaces generate increased friction and vibration during articulation.

BioJVA employs advanced technology to capture and present these movement measurements in an easily understandable format through the BioPAK™ software. Drawing on extensive research and numerous documented cases, this method facilitates the identification of various types of jaw joint dysfunction along the Piper Scale, aiding clinicians in swiftly diagnosing and treating TMD while prioritizing patient comfort and minimizing discomfort.

NightLase Snoring Treatment

NightLase employs a unique dual laser technology, and partnership known as ND:Yagg (Neodymium-Doped Yttrium Aluminium Garnet) and Er:YAG (Erbium Yttrium Aluminum Garnet). This laser technology gently heats and contracts the collagen in the soft tissues of the throat, including the uvula and soft palate, which are often the primary culprits behind snoring. By stimulating collagen production and tightening these tissues, NightLase increases the space for airflow, reducing or eliminating snoring.

More Options

Laser Dentistry: Lasers have revolutionized dental hygiene and periodontal therapy by providing precise and minimally invasive treatment options, effectively targeting bacterial infections and removing plaque and calculus from tooth surfaces and gum pockets. This technology not only enhances patient comfort but also promotes faster healing and improved overall oral health outcomes.

Wellness Blankets: Wellness blankets have transformed the patient experience in dentistry by offering a soothing and calming environment. Made from advanced materials, these blankets provide patients with a sense of relaxation and comfort during their dental procedures, enhancing their overall well-being throughout their visit.
